In collaboration with Bright Power, CPC has developed a beta version of its Energy and Resilience Underwriting Tool to support internal underwriting and help lenders evaluate how climate upgrades impact revenue, expenses, and risk — enabling more strategic, financeable scopes of work. TCF, also in collaboration with Bright Power, is developing a Retrofit Solution Navigator to help affordable multifamily building teams, engineers, and technical assistance providers quickly identify vetted, ready-to-install retrofit solutions aligned with building goals.
